This Privacy Policy describes how Mockingbird Digital LLC, operating as Celene & Co, collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about our data practices.
When you create a Celene & Co account we collect the following information:
Account information: Your name, email address, and password.
Household profile: Information you provide during onboarding including your ZIP code, whether you own or rent your home, home type and age, household members, whether you have children and their ages, pets, vehicles, and health management preferences. This information is used solely to personalise your reminders.
Communication preferences: Your preferred delivery channel (email or SMS) and reminder frequency preference.
Phone number: If you opt into SMS delivery, we collect your phone number.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. We receive confirmation of payment and your subscription status from Stripe.
Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with our service, including which reminders you open, which feedback actions you take (handled, snoozed, not applicable), and when you unsubscribe.
We use the information we collect to:
Send you personalised, timely reminders based on your household profile and the calendar. Manage your subscription and process payments. Improve the relevance of reminders over time based on your feedback. Communicate with you about your account and our service. Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
Our reminder emails contain affiliate links to products and services we recommend. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the retailer or service provider. The retailers we work with (such as Amazon, Angi, and others) may set cookies on your device when you click our links, which allows them to track purchases for commission purposes. These retailers have their own privacy policies governing how they use your data.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database service. We use row-level security to ensure that your data is only accessible to you and to authorised Celene & Co systems. Email delivery is handled by Resend. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and opt out of reminder emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Celene & Co is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
