These Terms of Service govern your use of Celene & Co, a service operated by Mockingbird Digital LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
Celene & Co is a life management reminder service that sends you timely reminders for home maintenance, health, vehicle, financial, and family tasks based on a household profile you provide. We deliver reminders by email and, where enabled, SMS.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Celene & Co is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. Founding member rates are locked in permanently for the life of your subscription as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis — please contact hello@celeneandco.com if you have a billing concern.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting hello@celeneandco.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Some links in Celene & Co reminder emails are affiliate links. If you make a purchase through these links we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products and services we would genuinely suggest to a friend. Affiliate relationships do not influence which reminders you receive or when you receive them.
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access other users' accounts, reverse engineering any part of the service, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to interfere with the service's operation.
Celene & Co is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of reminders. Reminders are informational in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice regarding home maintenance, health, legal, or financial matters.
We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered at any specific time or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mockingbird Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
